The Ployez-Jacquemart House always aims to get the best out of each harvest. The variety and quality of our different Chardonnay from Premiers and Grands Crus villages such as Cuis, Cramant, Oger, Mesnil sur Oger, Bisseuil, Tauxières and Ludes allowed us to produce a beautiful vintage blanc de blancs (white wine from white grapes) blend. Like all our vintages, it matured in our cellars for a minimum of six years with a minimum of four years stacked nose-to-punt. We stack it nose-to-punt to reduce contact with the yeasts while maintaining all the benefits of ageing before disgorgement. All of our vintages have recently been disgorged to provide them with even greater freshness.
Fine mouse, gold with sparkle of green and light amber color. The nose is voluptuous, rich and mature. The palate is full and generous.
