Since the creation of Champagne Ployez-Jacquemart, the aim has been to create exceptional cuvées and to share this passion for these prestigious wines. So it’s quite natural that the estate has opened its doors to visitors who love traditional French values and want to share their love of wine and expertise in a luxurious setting.

At the heart of the Domaine Ployez-Jacquemart, in a large park surrounded by trees and flowers, you can take a complete tour of the cellars, the production and vinification areas, and round off your visit with a flute (or several) of Champagne.

Introduction to our House and tasting of 3 Champagnes

25 metres underground, our chalk cellars contain not only our bottles of champagne, but also the machines used for each stage of production, which you can discover or rediscover by booking an Initiation to our House.

Our Living room, Dining room and boudoir

These three areas allow us to welcome visitors at the end of their visit to the cellar and move on to the last stage in the process of creating Champagne: tasting.
